To keep prices consistently attractive, Izestify ships orders directly from the manufacturer or from trusted partner warehouses. This may result in slightly longer delivery times.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping within the United States generally takes approximately 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). The total delivery time is typically 4–8 business days (Monday–Friday).
My order is delayed – what should I do?
Most deliveries arrive on time. If your order has not arrived after the regular delivery time plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service.
Does shipping cost me anything?

The package arrived damaged – what should I do?
Despite careful packaging, transport damage can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve it.
Important: Do not return the package without consulting us first. Photo evidence of the damage is required to guarantee a replacement.
Did you order the wrong product or the size doesn't fit?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order for the desired option on our website.
